Were there any friendly fire incidents involving American submarines, aircraft carriers, or battleships during World War II or World War I?

Oh yeah. These kinds of incidents are quite common even in modern war, let alone back then.

USS Tang pictured above, was an ace US submarine… until she literally sank herself with a circular running torpedo.

USS Pompano was mistakenly bombed by aircraft from USS Enterprise but managed to escape.

I have genetic eyebags and smile lines, but is there any way to get rid of them naturally with some massages or face yoga?
